1. I want to use container house as a permanent residence, do I need a
planning permit?
Contact your local Council to see if they require a planning
permit.
Planning Permit:
Most country is no required for this portable house,In
Australia,Only require permit when the house area more than 20m2.
2. What will client provide before offering good quotation of
container house?
When we receive inquiry from client, client please fills purchasing
intention sheet, providing us with information of house
dimensions, draft drawing, layout and materials for prefabricated
house. We will design the drawings and offer competitive
quotation with the above information.
3. How to buy?
You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce based on your
drawings. .
4. How to payment method?
TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30%
deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading
by TT.
5. What is the delivery time of your container house?
It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery
time will be within 15 to 30 days.
